Cooking Spray

Russet Potatoes
Sliced 1/4 inch thick

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Butter

Flour
1-1/2
Cup
Milk
2% or better

Onion Powder
1/2
Tsp.
Paprika
Or cayenne
Pepper & Salt

Instructions
Spray a 2 quart casserole with the cooking spray.
Layer the potato slices 3 times, using 1/3 of the flour, butter and cheese. End with the cheese, but reserve 1/4 cup.
Mix the milk with the onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Evenly pour the milk mixture over the potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake another 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and everything is golden and bubbly.
Remove from oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
