Country Potato Quiche

This quiche uses Frozen Country Potatoes with Haricots Verts and Wild Mushrooms from Trader Joe’s. You could use another type of frozen potato blend if you prefer.

Roasted Cauliflower, Leek, Potato, and Garlic Soup
