Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 2 Pounds Russet Potatoes Sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1-1/2 Cup Milk 2% or better
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Paprika Or cayenne
- Pepper & Salt To taste

Instructions
- Spray a 2 quart casserole with the cooking spray.
- Layer the potato slices 3 times, using 1/3 of the flour, butter and cheese. End with the cheese, but reserve 1/4 cup.
- Mix the milk with the onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Evenly pour the milk mixture over the potatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake another 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and everything is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
